Our Saperavi is a traditionally made natural red dry wine from Kardandakhi in the Kalandadze winery. Grapes harvested at the end of the vintage and aged on chacha during fermentation give the drink a rich raisin flavor.
Goes well with: steak, pasta, pate, oyster mushroom, aged cheese, and nuts.
